Overview:

Small to midsize businesses (SMBs) face significant challenges in an increasingly global marketplace. Finding ways to reduce costs and increase revenue in the presence of hypercompetition can be difficult since small businesses, by definition, have few employees to assist customers while developing new business. Mobility offers a way to maximize employees’ time to generate revenue. However, in order to reap the benefits of mobility, the small business must invest some time in planning for mobility and in maintaining tight budget controls.
