Sara Christensen is Nemertes’ Manager of Client Services and Operations. In this role, Ms. Christensen assists clients with inquiries, briefings, and requests for research. She also contacts clients regularly to ensure strong communications, and is responsible for creating client reports that document all interactions. Ms. Christensen’s role in operations involves managing research projects and assisting with the general research processes. She also facilitates briefings between analysts and vendors.

Ms. Christensen previously worked as Nemertes’ Administrative Manager and Executive Assistant. In that capacity, she organized multiple projects, coordinated travel plans for all analysts and partners, managed all facets of Nemertes’ internal events, coordinated Nemertes’ participation in external conferences and events, as well as handled various components of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ms. Christensen also assisted in human-resources, IT, and marketing functions.

Prior to joining Nemertes, Ms. Christensen helped to maintain business relationships and managed special projects at McDonalds Corporation. She also worked in executive assistant positions with several legal firms.
Ms. Christensen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts, with a concentration in English from Saint Xavier University in Chicago. She reports to Nemertes’ Vice President of Client Services and Operations, Chris Zimmerman, and works closely with her on all client-related issues.
