Nemertes finds nearly 60% of research participants have a mobility strategy built around the need to offer seamless access to back-office applications across a variety of mobile devices. Sixty-five percent of participants say that mobile applications save time, money, or both. Fifty-four percent are integrating mobile device support into their UC plans.
