Q: Are there opportunities for advancement?

A: We help our employees grow as professionals. Many of the positions at Nemertes are filled with internal promotions. We help employees identify and develop their strengths, which sometimes lead them to move to other career paths within Nemertes. 

Q: Are all of your employees "virtual"?

A: Most, but not all. A few of us work out of offices. The vast majority, however, work out of a fully equipped home office. The default policy and preference is for a virtual office, not a physical office.

Q: How can I ensure my application will be taken seriously?

A: We welcome applications from candidates who are sincerely interested in a position at Nemertes. Please do not send emails to other addresses at Nemertes. Please do not send resumes or other attachments - we will simply delete them. Only fully completed application forms will be considered.

 Q: If I start filling in an employment application, can I stop and continue later?

 A: Our system will identify your browser through a cookie. If you use the same browser and allow cookies, then when you return to the application form (by clicking on "Apply for a Job" on the jobs page)  you will be asked whether you want to continue your existing application.

Q: Can I attach my resume to the application form?

 A: Sorry, no. We cannot accept attachments for security reasons. However, we provide a space for "additional information" towards the  end of the application form. You may copy and paste the relevant parts of your resume there.
