Nemertes PilotHouse Award program recognizes companies in a variety
of technology markets for demonstrating outstanding achievement and
superior performance in areas such as customer service, technological
innovation, technical service, value and strategic product development.
Nemertes PilotHouse awards are based on primary research, through
in-depth interviews with IT decision-makers, who select the leaders
based on best practices in the industry. Nemertes augments these
interviews with a broad based survey of IT decision-makers. Based on
the ratings of their customers, Nemertes issues best-in-class awards to
providers and vendors who rate highest in multiple categories.
A ratings study is published for each technology area covered, which
includes a review of the Provider or Vendor award winners, an awards

Nemertes has developed a methodology for evaluating enterprise
innovation. Based on extensive interviews with IT executives, Nemertes
will award the top enterprises for their innovation in use of emerging
