Polycom CMA Highlights Growth of Desktop Video Conferencing

Polycom (NASDAQ:PLCM) introduced "Converged Management Application" comprised of tools for video conferencing management, and a desktop application for scalable high definition desktop video conferencing.

Fifty-one percent of participants in the upcoming Nemertes' benchmark, Unified Communications and Collaboration, say that their organizations are adopting desktop video conferencing for collaboration among virtual workers, up from 30% in 2007.
