The Nemertes PilotHouse Innovator awards recognize organizations that effectively leverage VOIP and unified communications to enable more efficient collaboration, and provide demonstrable, quantifiable benefits of technology deployment. End-users, vendors, and service providers can use this report to understand the characteristics of innovative users of VOIP/IPT and UC.
The awards recognize two groups of organizations; those that have achieved optimal implementation of VOIP with respect to costs and benefits provided to workers, and those that have developed a strategy to leverage UC for competitive advantage.
