Crafting a World-Class Mobility Strategy

Mobility has proven to be almost entirely “recession-proof.” Companies continue to spend on mobile-enabling their employees, even as other IT initiatives are slowed or stopped. Yet the success of these mobility initiatives is mixed. A big reason: A missing (or inadequate) mobility strategy. To ensure the success of a mobility initiative, IT leaders need to assess a range of issues and challenges, ranging from device and service selection to HR, compliance and legal issues. Creating a world-class mobility strategy thus requires taking a holistic view of all aspects of mobility.
