Nemertes Ratings and PilotHouse Awards

Nemertes PilotHouse Award program recognize companies in a variety of technology markets for demonstrating outstanding achievement and superior performance in areas such as customer service, technological innovation, technical service, value and strategic product development.

Nemertes PilotHouse awards are based on primary research, through in-depth interviews with IT decision-makers, who select the leaders based on best practices in the industry. Nemertes augments these interviews with a broad based survey of IT decision-makers. Based on the ratings of their customers, Nemertes issues best-in-class awards to providers and vendors who rate highest in multiple categories.
