	Robin Gareiss Robin Gareiss is Executive Vice President and Senior Founding Partner for Nemertes Research, where she oversees research projects and direction, conducts strategic seminars, develops cost models, and advises leading enterprises, vendors, and carriers. Robin is a widely recognized expert in Voice over IP, convergence, collaboration, advanced communications services, mobility, services, and branch-office technologies. 	Andreas M. Antonopoulos Andreas M. Antonopoulos is Senior Vice President and Founding Partner with Nemertes Research, where he develops and manages research projects, conducts strategic seminars and advises key clients. Andreas is a computer scientist, a master of data communications and distributed systems, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a self-professed geek, with an engineering, programming and consulting background. 	John Burke John Burke is a Principal Research Analyst with Nemertes Research, where he conducts primary research, develops cost models, delivers strategic seminars, advises clients, and writes thought-leadership pieces across a wide variety of topics. John's main focus of research are cloud computing, virtualization, application delivery networking, SOA, and SaaS. His other areas of expertise are information stewardship (including information protection, information lifecycle management, business continuity planning, compliance, and data quality management) and storage technologies. 	Irwin Lazar Irwin Lazar is the Vice President for Communications and Collaboration Research at Nemertes Research, where he develops and manages research projects, develops cost models, conducts strategic seminars, and advises clients. Irwin is responsible for benchmarking the adoption and use of emerging technologies in the enterprise in areas including VOIP, unified communications, video conferencing, social computing, collaboration, and advanced network services. 	Ted Ritter Ted Ritter is a Senior Research Analyst with Nemertes Research, where he conducts research, advises vendor and end-user clients, develops research reports and delivers strategic seminars. A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Ted leads Nemertes' research on information stewardship, including compliance, risk management, business continuity/disaster recovery, e-discovery and data quality management. Client Services
	Christine Zimmerman Chris Zimmerman is the Vice President of Client Services and Operations. Chris oversees the building of relationships with all Nemertes' clients, as well as development and management of research processes at Nemertes. She also specializes in project management for consulting engagements. Chris helps connect clients with Nemertes' analysts, making sure that clients have the customized information they need to thrive in their businesses. She makes sure that research projects and deliverables are on track and meeting deadlines. Full Bio
	Sara Christensen Sara Christensen is Nemertes’ Manager of Client Services and Operations. In this role, Sara assists clients with inquiries, briefings, and requests for research. She also contacts clients regularly to ensure strong communications, and is responsible for creating client reports that document all interactions. 	John Dofter John Dofter is Nemertes' Senior Account Executive and has responsibility for business development within end-user IT organizations. For the past 10 years, John has held sales and sales management positions with Meta Group and Gartner where he managed large client organizations and sold numerous new accounts. With more than 25 years of experience selling to IT executives, John brings an understanding of the IT research market and the needs of IT organizations. Full Bio
	Rita Nolan As Marketing and Events Manager, Ms. Nolan’s priority is to effectively inform the public about Nemertes’ research projects while ensuring that the Nemertes brand is justly represented for its reputation of independence and integrity. Administration

Jenny Navadomskis
Jenny Navadomskis is Nemertes' Executive Assistant. Jenny is responsible for coordinating travel plans for the entire team, organizing company events, and various accounting functions. In addition to those responsibilities, she functions in a variety of roles supporting administrative, marketing, and client services functions.
Prior to joining Nemertes, Jenny worked as Manager of Administrative services for Corrugated Metals, Inc.
