Vice President of Client Services

Chris Zimmerman oversees the building of relationships with all Nemertes' clients. She also specializes in project management for consulting engagements. Chris helps connect clients with Nemertes' analysts, making sure that clients have the customized information they need to thrive in their businesses. She makes sure that research projects and deliverables are on track and meeting deadlines.

Research Operations Manager

Karen Gauthier manages delivery of research reports, client projects, Impact Analysis and monthly webinars. Prior to joining Nemertes, Karen ran her own consulting company advising clients on business planning, technical writing, and marketing services. She holds an MBA from Loyola University and a BS in Business Management from Purdue.

Senior Account Executive

Kathy Cardinale has responsibility for business development within vendor and service provider organizations. Kathy coordinates Nemertes Research services to align with organizations' overall business and marketing strategies.

Senior Account Executive

Ted Ritter is a Nemertes Senior Account Executive, providing account management and business development for IT organizations headquartered in the mid-Atlantic, Southern and Western Regions of the United States. A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a former Nemertes Principal Research Analyst, Ted brings a unique sales perspective to Nemertes’ current and prospective clients, with his strong understanding of information technology.

Account Executive

Kelly Baughman is an Account Executive for Nemertes and is responsible for business development within end-user IT organizations headquartered in the Eastern Region of the United States. For the past 10 years, Kelly has held sales positions with Gartner, Burton Group, and a small IT consulting firm.

Event Manager

Jenny Navadomskis is Nemertes Event Manager. In that post, she is responsible for all facets of Nemertes Navigator360 conference, the premier event for IT leaders to network and discuss the key business-technology challenges and successes they face.

Business Operations Manager

Cherie Dillon manages dynamic, fast-paced operational functions among Nemertes' analysts, sales team, and management. In this position, Cherie coordinates all day-to-day activities involved with connecting Nemertes analyst team to IT executives and vendors, which supports our industry-leading, hands-on research projects.

Client Services Associate

Megan Treinen is responsible for day-to-day interaction with Nemertes' clients, including scheduling calls and relationship reviews, as well as handling daily inquiries from our clients. She works closely with Chris Zimmerman, VP of Client Services, to connect clients to our knowledgeable staff and insure deliverables are completed and received in a timely manner. Prior to joining Nemertes, Megan worked as Program Manager for Prevent Child Abuse ND, Office Manager at Metro South Machining, Inc., and interned with Senator Kent Conrad. She has a Bachelors in International Political Science from Winona State University.

Chief of Staff

Rachel Klimala is responsible for coordinating travel plans for the entire team and various accounting functions. In addition to those responsibilities, she functions in a variety of roles supporting administrative, marketing, and client services functions.
Prior to joining Nemertes, Rachel worked as Office Coordinator for United States Infrastructure. She has a Bachelors of Communication from Central Connecticut State University.

Business Development Representative

Bradley Smith is responsible for coordinating outreach between Nemertes and the business and technology communities, for activities such as monthly webinars, marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows. He is also responsible for connecting Nemertes’ analysts with IT executives.
